Leave it on voicemail during working hours. As soon as you finish work, pick up your voice messages and return people’s calls. Explain that you are still working part-time, that you usually respond after 5pm, and this means you will be great value.

4. Help out your friends, and get them to give you a testimonial. It will make you look as though you’re a professional.
