Step 1. Check Your Inbox Right Now…

Check your inbox right away and look for an email from The Blackford Centre for Counselling (that’s us).

If you don’t see that email in your inbox, check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Trash’ folder. Sometimes computers wrongly classify our information as spam. If that happens, you’ll miss out on our invaluable hints and tips.
