Where can this course take me?

Once you have your Diploma in Small Animal Care a wide range of career opportunities will open up for you. You could work in an animal shelter or charity, boarding kennels, pet shop, zoo, animal park or breeding clinic.

Every day is different when you’re an animal carer. Whether you work for a vet or at your local animal sanctuary you’re likely to find yourself feeding, cleaning, grooming and giving love and attention to homeless or abandoned animals.

You could also be reassuring a nervous animal, giving them daily exercise or be keeping records and paperwork. We promise you won’t be bored!
